It's Kyla! I created KD Creative because I'm a storyteller who wants to focus on her business while remaining loyal to her podcast.

People often ask why I only work with business owners. The biggest reason is that I empathize with them and understand their hustle!

While working in a Big Law firm and managing people, I started the You Are A Lawyer podcast to share stories I couldn't find. Starting a podcast was a risk. I took another risk by creating a business that was beginning to thrive. Yay... and my attention was divided.

It was time to delegate. But it's more than that! These are a few of my questions:

 

Who would assist me? Is there a guarantee that this plan would work? Do I trust them to handle the task? Am I still in charge? How do I get better clients? What is a dream customer?

That first hire freed up my time to record with guests, create, edit, and take bigger risks and more clients.
